ITINERARY

Day One
Once you arrive in Auckland you will greeted by your tour guides who will transport you to your accommodation. The evening will include dinner and introductory drinks with your fellow travellers.

Day Two
Experience the ‘City of Sails’ at your leisure. There are a range of activities to choose from with every need catered for.

Day Three
Today we have a mid-morning start as we leave Auckland for Rotorua. En route we stop off at the incredible Waitomo Caves, a subterranean wonderland where you'll discover an ancient underground labyrinth of lime stone caves, and a galaxy of tiny living lights known as glowworms.

Day Four
Today is your chance to experience the natural and cultural treasures of Rotorua. We visit the truly spectacular geothermal geysers and mudpools, a major Rotorua attraction. You also have the opportunity to try one of Rotorua's many cultural and scenic activities, such as the thermal wonderland of Whakarewarewa, a functioning Maori village or a scenic flight over one of the many volcanic land formations, Rotorua has it all.

Day Five
This morning we will travel to Taupo to play the Wairakei International Golf course, arguably New Zealand's premier course, where we have an afternoon tee off. Wairakei International Golf Course has been rated by prestigious US Golf Digest Magazine to be in the top 20 courses in the world outside of the USA. Non-golfers have a choice of a wide range of local activities. We then continue on to the well known wine region of Hawkes Bay.

Day Six
Today our knowledgeable guides will escort you around some of the many wonderful Hawkes Bay vineyards with ample opportunity to taste and purchase some of New Zealand's best wines.

Day Seven
A treat is in store for you today when you tee off at the world renowned Cape Kidnapper’s Golf Course. ‘Golf Magazine Top 100’ recently ranked it as the 27th best golf course in the world. The Tom Doak designed course is a challenging test of golf, but the cliff-top coastal scenery is truly breath-taking. Non-golfers have a choice of a wide range of local activities.

Day Eight
Today we head to Wellington where you have the afternoon to become accustomed to your surroundings and explore the many cafes and boutique shops Wellington has to offer, before you enjoy some of New Zealand’s finest cuisine and watch the breathtaking sunset over the harbour.

Day Nine
Today we leave Wellington via ferry to the port of Picton in the South Island. We continue on to Kaikoura, a renowned fishing and whale-watching destination.

Day Ten
A popular whale-watching expedition off Kaikoura’s coast awaits you this morning before we head to the South Island’s ‘Garden City’ of Christchurch. Once you arrive take time to explore this beautiful English style city. Take a leisurely stroll through one of the many parks or even try your hand at punting on the Avon River.

Day Eleven
We are on our way to the picturesque Queenstown. Admire the majestic beauty along the way including Canterbury Plains, Lake Tekapo, Church of the Good Shepherd, Aoraki/Mt Cook and Lindis Pass. Stop in Mount Cook Village and experience an optional scenic helicopter or ski plane flight.

Day Twelve
After a leisurely lie in, today we play one of New Zealand 's most stylish Resort courses, Millbrook, a golf facility of quality and beauty. Surrounded by an amphitheatre of mountains this great layout has an English country feel about it. With four different tee difficulties to choose from, all golfers can enjoy this stunning course as well as its beautiful surroundings. Non-golfers have a choice of a wide range of local activities.

Day Thirteen
Today is a day at your leisure. Use your time wisely to enjoy some of the attractions that have made Queenstown such a popular destination. These could include adrenaline pumping bungee jumping or white-water rafting. For a more relaxed day explore the abundance of beautiful scenery in and around this area, or even head to Arrowtown where you can try your luck at some gold panning. Complete the evening with a dinner cruise on the lake, sharing memories and highlights of your Ultimate Kiwi trip to New Zealand.

Day Fourteen
Today we bid farewell. Check out of your accommodation at 11am, taking many unforgettable memories with you.
